We had long been toying with the idea of building our own bakery. When, in 2016, the neighboring parcel to HAVEN was up for rent, we rented the empty space and started with the detail planning (all of course only after informing the board in Switzerland and getting their approval).
In June 2017 we openend the bakery and can now teach the trainees additional skills in the area of bakery products and at the same time increase the capacity in the main kitchen and thus generate more training places.
